Nothing not to like.

The bathroom was well-appointed with a large shower and tub. the breakfast selection was sufficient, with cooked-to-order egg and noodle stations and a variety of pastries and fruits. The hotel’s location next to a mall was convenient for business trips, and the hotel had an extensive fitness center and a pool of perfect size.

The room size is spacious, and the decor is tastefully done. The staff is helpful and the beds are comfortable. The facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and sauna, are excellent. The high tea is highly recommended.

Room upgrade confirmation can only be done on the day of check-in, which is inconvenient for planning in advance. The housekeeping service needs improvement as there were delays in getting the room ready and I found hair on the towels.

This hotel offered exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service and response to my needs set the tone for an amazing experience. I especially enjoyed the spa center and the heated swimming pool with sun loungers that provided a great relaxation spot after my long work day. The private facilities in my room were amazing, and the restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere.

The only minor issue I encountered was the location of the hotel, which was quite far from the city center. However, the hotel's location advantages made up for this issue, as it was conveniently close to the Fanhu metro station.
